Charles Watson is lecturer at the Escola de Artes Visuais Parque Lage,  director / founder of Dynamic Encounters International, consultant on creative performance / innovation,  author, and boatbuilder. Alongside his research focused on factors which influence creative processes and innovation, he has lectured in cultural centres across Brazil and in companies such as Coca-Cola, Natura, Procter & Gamble, Globo, Vale and 3M.
