Martin is a former Headteacher and a highly sought-after Teaching and Leadership Expert. He is regarded as a ‘Black Belt’ of Training and manages to bridge the gap between Research and Practice. He has spent the last 10 years translating research into practical strategies that are implementable in classrooms. He is passionate about developing independent learners and creating an environment of trust and feedback. Martin works with key speakers across the world, including Professors John Hattie and Carol Dweck, delivering high impact programmes. His programmes on feedback and coaching utilise micro-teaching strategies and lead to powerful student progress. Recently, Martin has been involved in many school-based projects developing formative assessment.
